Nikhil Chari is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Libra Global Management. He was also Co-founder and CEO of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals, which he grew to a top 100 pharmaceutical company in India and was awarded ‘Most Innovative CEO’ by Pharma Leaders and ‘Upcoming Pharmaceutical Company of the Year’ by Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India.

Prior to founding Libra Global and Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals, Nikhil was a Partner with Artio Global Investors in New York with its flagship $50bn+ International Equities Fund and was responsible for its global Financial Institutions (Banks, Insurers, Diversified Financials, Specialty Finance),  Healthcare (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Payors & Providers, Diagnostics, Tools & Services, Healthcare Technology) & Materials (Commodities, Precious Metals, Chemicals, Building Materials) investments. He started his career with leading strategy consulting firm, McKinsey & Company in New Jersey, USA.

Nikhil is an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi majoring in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. Nikhil is also a CFA charter holder.
